Gum Works
Gum Works consists of several different explorations using chewing gum as a medium. I was initially interested in chewing gum because of our very personal attraction and disgust with the product.

We chew gum for a specific time - therefore it has a beginning and end while we are doing other things.
Gum is a pleasurable experience as we chew it – neither for nutrition nor for fulfilling hunger.
Gum can be a positive experience while we are chewing it – and so suddenly transforms into a hindrance when it is found under a desk, stuck to our shoe or put in our hair.
